Sust! Health are flexing our muscles in anticipation to welcome back fitness bunny Milly Hill! Get ready to catapult your fitness to a new level (and enjoy the process!) with this invigorating, rousing, and entertaining 3-night ‘Stronger, Leaner, Fitter Retreat’ in North Devon.

This revitalising, fitness-inspired weekend break includes a mix of hiking and energising fitness classes such as resistance bands, Kettlebells, mini-rebounding, pilates, dance, yoga flow and restorative yoga. This is a fitness boost like no other!

Cold water immersion in secret swim spots along the North Devon Coast will take your breath away (in the best possible way) and provides a brilliant opportunity for beginners and seasoned cold dippers alike, to reap the many benefits of this practice in a supportive and safe environment.

Fuelling these activities will be delicious and nutritious meals providing your body with ALL essential nutrients and amino acids to encourage optimal muscle recovery and energy. You certainly will not go hungry on this retreat and you will be amazed at how quickly you see results.

October is a wonderful time to visit North Devon and enjoy the specular Autumn colours within Exmoor National Park at this time of year. We have some AMAZING guided hikes in store for you that take in the best of the South West Coast Path and National Trust hiking trails. Hikes will typically be 3-4 hours long and between 4-9 miles depending on the option you choose.

This retreat will take place at Woodlands Guesthouse from Friday 6th October to Monday 9th October. Woodlands is an imposing Victorian guesthouse overlooking the West Lyn Valley situated a short stroll away from the village of Lynton. There is a Hot Tub and Infrared Sauna onsite and each room has an ensuite bathroom and provides a perfect, peaceful haven to retreat and relax.



Milly is a personal trainer, online influencer, and an experienced manager and teacher in the Health retreat industry. She shares her passion for health and fitness in a fun and humour-filled way which means her classes are always guaranteed to make you smile (as you grimace though the squats!) She is strong advocator of the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass in the quest for optimal body composition and is particularly passionate about making resistance training accessible and enjoyable for men and women alike.


Natalie is a yoga, pilates, and fitness instructor based in North Devon and the owner and founder of Sust! Health Retreats. She has enjoyed an extensive career in the health retreat industry both as a teacher and manager and she is dedicated to motivate, inspire, and educate people through unique and exceptional health retreat programmes based within Exmoor National Park.

Natalie will be sharing her passion for fitness and nutrition in this action-packed retreat weekend.


Lesley is a qualified cold water therapist and educator! Her passion for cold water dipping has lead her to research deeply into the topic and she enjoys sharing this knowledge and personally coaching small groups in and around Exmoor National Park at her favourite wild swim spots. Lesley is also a Nordic Walking instructor, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and the owner of Woodlands Guesthouse.


Steve is a chef and the owner of Woodlands Guesthouse. You will find him beavering away in the kitchen for days prior to the retreat simmering bone broth, slow-cooking stews and soups, dehydrating nuts, seeds and crackers, and sourcing the very best produce from UK farms that form the basis of the SUST! food ethos.


A protein-optimised, nutrient-packed, seasonal menu showcasing local produce will leave your MIND BLOWN by how delicious, satisfied and energising healthy food can be. The Sust! menu proudly serves ethically sourced animal products, and all meals are bursting with flavour and vibrancy. Vegans and plant-based eaters will be not be disappointed as our plant-based menu is equally satisfying and delicious.


Travel direct in your own car and park onsite, or if you prefer to take the train, Woodlands Guesthouse is a 40 minute taxi ride from Barnstaple Station, or 75 minute taxi ride from Tiverton Parkway. We do our best to connect guests travelling by train to facilitate taxi-sharing.
