JOIN US on the spectacular North Devon Coast for this intimate, 3-day, family-run retreat guaranteed to leave you feeling lighter, cleaner, fitter, stronger, focused, and inspired!
This revitalising retreat break will follow the popular Sust! Fit, Flow, Fuel formula and include an energising mix of hiking, resistance training to music, yoga, pilates, and cold water dipping.
Fuelling these activities will be delicious and nutritious Paleo-inspired summer meals, protein-packed smoothies, vegetable juices, soups and salads, providing your body with optimal nutrients and amino acids.
June is a wonderful time to visit North Devon and enjoy the specular hiking trails within Exmoor National Park. We have some INCREDIBLE guided hikes in store for you that take in the best of the South West Coast Path and National Trust hiking trails. Hikes will typically be 3-4 hours long and between 4-9 miles depending on the option you choose. Hikes cater for all levels.
This retreat will take place at Woodlands Guesthouse from Friday 16th June to Monday 19th June. Woodlands is an imposing Victorian guesthouse overlooking the West Lyn Valley situated a short stroll away from the village of Lynton. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and provides a perfect, peaceful haven to retreat and relax.

NATALIE
Natalie is a yoga, pilates, and fitness instructor based in North Devon and the owner and founder of Sust! Health Retreats. She has enjoyed an extensive career in the health retreat industry both as a teacher and manager and she is dedicated to motivate, inspire, and educate people through unique and exceptional health retreat programmes based within Exmoor National Park.
Natalie will be sharing her passion for movement and nutrition in this action-packed, wellness retreat. Nutrition talks will focus on weight loss, gut health, and optimising nutrition through nutrient-dense, traditional foods.
LESLEY
Lesley is a qualified cold water therapist and educator. Her passion for cold water dipping has lead her to research deeply into the topic and she enjoys sharing this knowledge and personally coaching small groups in and around Exmoor National Park at her favourite wild swim spots. Lesley is also a Nordic Walking instructor, Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer.
SAM
Sam is a physiotherapist and fitness instructor with over 20 years of working in the health and fitness industry.
Her work has taken her all over the world and she has worked on Cruise ships, Health Retreats, and for the Military. Sam’s love for the outdoors and adventure is nurtured through gig rowing, sailing, hiking and wild swimming. Sam combines her skills and knowledge with a hefty dose of fun and team spirit. Once encountered never forgotten!
STEVE
Steve is a chef and the owner of Woodlands Guesthouse. You will find him beavering away in the kitchen for days prior to the retreat simmering bone broth, slow-cooking stews and soups, dehydrating nuts, seeds and crackers, and sourcing the very best produce from UK farms that form the basis of the SUST! food ethos.









FUEL
Prepare for SKY-ROCKETING energy levels with our carefully designed summer menu featuring delicious protein-packed smoothies, anti-oxidant juices, BIG colourful salads, and nourishing soups. The Sust! Summer menu provides optimal protein and includes highly nutrient-dense foods to furnish your body with abundant nutrition whilst encouraging a favourable body composition.
Our summer seasonal menu proudly includes locally and ethically sourced eggs, fish and poultry, in addition to dairy products such as grass-fed whey protein and yoghurt. Plant-based eaters will be not be disappointed as our Vegan menu is equally satisfying and delicious.
Informative nutritional talks and practical demonstrations impart simple, take-home tips and knowledge that you can implement right away at home to help you adopt the SUST! diet and lifestyle principles.








TRAVEL
Travel direct in your own car and park onsite, or if you prefer to take the train, Woodlands Guesthouse is a 40 minute taxi ride from Barnstaple Station, or 75 minute taxi ride from Tiverton Parkway. We do our best to connect guests travelling by train to facilitate taxi-sharing.
