Gemma from the Bounce Fit Method and Sust! Health are teaming up once again to bring you a fit and fabulous 3-day healthy retreat break guaranteed to wipe the winter cobwebs away and springboard you into the New Year!!
Following the Fit, Flow, Fuel structure offered at Sust!, the daily programme includes a fun mix of fitness classes including mini-rebounding, body sculpt, yoga flow, fitness pilates, yin yoga, and cold water dipping. The spectacular guided hikes within Exmoor National Park will blow you away (not literally hopefully!) The incredible scenery surrounding the North Devon South Coast Path is breath-taking and utterly spell-binding especially in the Winter.
This retreat will take place at Woodlands Guesthouse from Friday 10th February to Monday 13th February. Woodlands is an imposing Victorian guesthouse overlooking the West Lyn Valley situated a short stroll away from the village of Lynton. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and provides a perfect, peaceful haven to retreat and relax.
Gemma is a Bristol-based fitness instructor and the founder of ‘The Bounce Fit Method’, a popular online fitness platform through which she delivers an extensive weekly timetable of online fitness classes inspired by her passion for mini-trampolining. Gemma has a huge wealth of experience in the fitness industry and has worked in the health retreat industry for over a decade as a personal trainer and also as a group instructor delivering a wide range of classes including strength training, aerobics, spinning, rebounding, circuits, and fitness pilates. Gemma is a strong advocate of taking your health into your own hands and enjoys sharing her diverse knowledge of fitness through her popular ‘thebouncefitmethod’ Instagram page.
Both Gemma and Natalie will be sharing their combined passion for movement in this action-packed, fitness retreat. They will also be offering valuable practical tips and guidance for anyone striving for optimal health in the modern world and to cut through the endless confusion and dietary dogma in the present day health space.
Natalie is a yoga, pilates, and fitness instructor and the founder of Sust! Health Retreats. She has enjoyed an extensive career in the health retreat industry both as a teacher and manager and she is dedicated to motivate, inspire, and educate people through unique and exceptional health retreat programmes based in and around Exmoor National Park.
Lesley is a cold-water-immersion advocate and educator! Her passion for cold water dipping has lead her to research deeply into the topic and she enjoys sharing this knowledge with small groups who greatly benefit from her coaching and encouragement. Lesley is also a Nordic Walking instructor, Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer (and Natalie’s mum!)
A hearty, nutrient-packed, seasonal menu showcasing local produce will leave you delighted, satisfied and energised. The Sust! menu proudly serves ethically sourced animal products, but vegans and plant-based eaters will be not be disappointed as our plant-based menu is equally satisfying and delicious. Informative nutritional talks, quizzes and practical demonstrations impart simple, take-home tips and knowledge that you can implement right away at home.
Travel direct in your own car and park onsite, or if you prefer to take the train, Woodlands Guesthouse is a 40 minute taxi ride from Barnstaple Station, or 75 minute taxi ride from Taunton Station. We do our best to connect guests travelling by train to facilitate taxi-sharing.
