Following the Fit, Flow, Fuel programme structure offered at Sust!Health, this retreat is perfect for anyone wanting to take a healthy staycation mini break, to focus on their health and meet like minded people.
About Dr Sohère
Dr Sohère is a GP with a specialist interest in Integrative Medicine. Her passion is to empower clients to take control of their health. A graduate in medicine from Southampton University with many years of varied medical practice, Sohère has since studied with the British College of Integrative Medicine and experts in the field from UK, Australia and USA.
Dr Sohère has a broad knowledge of both conventional and holistic medicine, which she combines to provide Integrative Medical recommendations for improved health.
Dr Sohère has been prescribing bio-identical hormones for many years and sees hormone balance as the foundation of health. She also believes in the importance of preventative medicine and creates individual wellness programmes for her patients to achieve optimum health.
If you enjoy kicking up the leaves and hiking for hours in spectacular Autumnal scenery, then this retreat is calling your name. Guests will enjoy two long guided hikes on Saturday and Sunday along spectacular coastal and moorland trails.
Enjoy some short, sharp fitness, and balance the more strenuous physical exercise with gentle Yoga and Pilates. All sessions will be taught by Natalie from Sust! Health.
Featured at this retreat there will be workshops on how to balance your health using hormones and supplements. The workshops will be run by Dr Sohère in conjunction with Natalie from SUST!Health who is an experienced nutritionist, yoga and fitness instructor.
Accompany us for some cold water dipping in wild swim spots and experience the wonders of this ancient, rejuvenating health practice! Multiple cold dipping opportunities will be offered throughout the weekend so there will be plenty of time for us to brainwash you into giving it a go…. You won’t regret it!
In keeping with our food philosophy, our menu will celebrate local, organic, seasonal produce and you can expect to enjoy colourful summer salads, cleansing smoothies, and raw vegetable juices, in addition to highly nutritious traditional foods sourced locally such as eggs, cheese, wild fish and game. Vegetarians and vegans will not miss out and will be offered excellent and highly nutritious alternates.

This retreat will comply with Covid-19 government guidelines. Guest numbers have been restricted to 4 couples or twins (maximum 8 guest capacity). Each couple or pair will have their own en-suite bathroom and shared accommodation cannot be offered to guests who do not know one another. All recommended hygiene procedures will be put in place to ensure guest safety.
