Sust! Health and Yasmina Cheraquaoui are teaming up to bring you at the ultimate 3-night healthy retreat break that will leave you glowing both inside and out.  

Following the Fit, Flow, Fuel structure offered at Sust!, the daily programme includes a varied and inspiring mix of vinyasa flow yoga, resistance training, cold water therapy, guided meditations and restorative yoga. The daylight hours are centred around spectacular guided hikes within Exmoor National Park, and plenty of downtime is allocated to enjoy an onsite massage, relax in the hot-tub, or to simply get cosy by the fire

This retreat will be hosted at one of our favourite venues nestled in the heart of Exmoor. Natsley Farm is a spacious, open plan farmhouse surrounded by stunning farmland and has a heated yoga studio, warm, comfortable bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, outdoor fresh water pool and wood-fired hot tub.

YASMINA

Yasmina is a hugely popular London-based yoga teacher and plant-based chef who is on a mission to inspire people to adopt healthier movement and eating habits and live happier, calmer, energy-fuelled lives. Yasmina started her yoga journey in 2002 whilst trying to find balance in a stressful, corporate world and soon after undertook a teacher training with the Himalayan Yoga Institute. Fast forward 20 years and Yasmina has enjoyed an extensive career within the yoga scene, teaching at London studios and Internationally. She currently teaches classes at ‘Frame’ and teaches as part of the teacher training for ‘Hot Pod Yoga’. She also regularly teaches abroad on health retreats in addition to running her own yoga retreats in Ibiza. Her passion for healthy, plant-based nutrition inspired her to set up her own healthy food delivery company to empower busy people to enjoy delicious plant-based cuisine at home. She currently develops recipes and works closely with plant-based restaurant and street food vendor ‘ComptoirV’ in West London. On your Sust! journey, Yasmina will guide you through her signature powerful ‘hot yoga flow’ sequences in the mornings, and some deeply restorative yin yoga, breath work and mediation in the evenings. Both Yasmina and Natalie will be offering practical nutritional tips and wisdom throughout the weekend to inspire, delight and cut through the endless confusion and dietary dogma in the modern health space.

NATALIE

Natalie is a yoga, pilates and fitness instructor and has enjoyed an extensive career in the health retreat industry both as a teacher and manager. As the joint founder of Sust! Health Retreats based in North Devon, she is dedicated to motivate, inspire, and educate people through unique and exceptional health retreat programmes that take advantage of her knowledge and love of Exmoor National Park. When she isn’t teaching abroad, she enjoys teaching fitness and yoga classes locally in Devon.

ANGUS

Angus is the co-founder of Sust! Health Retreats and will be hosting the retreat alongside Amy and Natalie. He will also be processing your booking, answering your enquires, and ensuring your experience is altogether excellent 😉

FUEL

A hearty, nutrient-packed, seasonal menu showcasing local produce will leave you delighted, satisfied and energised. The Sust! menu proudly serves ethically sourced animal products, but vegans and plant-based eaters will be not be disappointed as our plant-based menu is equally satisfying and delicious. Punchy and informative nutritional talks, quizzes and practical demonstrations impart simple, take-home tips and knowledge that you can implement right away at home.

TRAVEL

Travel direct in your own car and park onsite, or if you prefer to take the train, Natsley Farm is a 20 minute taxi ride from Barnstaple Station, or 50 minute taxi ride from Tiverton Parkway. We do our best to connect guests travelling by train to facilitate taxi-sharing.
