Sust! Health is thrilled to partner yet again with Amy Fitta from ‘Fitta Yoga’ to bring you an exceptional and unforgettable 3-night healthy retreat break in North Devon. The summer is an unbeatable time to visit North Devon and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wild swimming that Exmoor has to offer and for this reason we are even more excited than normal about this event!!

The daily programme will include an energising mix of yoga and fitness classes including Amy’s signature ‘Fitta Flow’ classes in the mornings and restorative classes in the evenings. Resistance training (the fun way) and short pilates core work-outs will compliment the yoga programme. Cold water dipping in secret swim spots is a memorable and enjoyable way to introduce yourself to wild swimming, and be sure to buff up your hiking boots because we have some astonishing hikes in store for you that take in the breath-taking views of the South West Coast Path and National Trust hiking trails.

This retreat will take place at Woodlands Guesthouse from Friday 19th August to Monday 22nd August. Woodlands is an imposing Victorian guesthouse overlooking the West Lyn Valley situated a short stroll away from the village of Lynton. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and provides a perfect, peaceful haven to retreat and relax.



Amy is an international and online yoga instructor and with a loyal and committed following who are drawn to her unique and powerful yoga teaching. She has worked in the retreat industry for many years and hosts her own retreats both in person and online through her popular online portal She is a gifted meditation teacher and regularly contributes to online meditation forums. On your Sust! journey, Amy will guide you through a diverse yoga practice that balances the enlivening, dynamic nature of vinyasa flow, with deeply restorative yin yoga.


Natalie is a yoga, pilates, and fitness instructor based in North Devon and the owner and founder of Sust! Health Retreats. She has enjoyed an extensive career in the health retreat industry both as a teacher and manager and she is dedicated to motivate, inspire, and educate people through unique and exceptional health retreat programmes based within Exmoor National Park.

Natalie will be sharing her passion for movement and nutrition in this action-packed, wellness retreat. Her two favourite nutrition talks ‘optimising protein’ and ‘traditional foods’ will leave armed with knowledge and practical tools to look and feel your best in a SUSTainable, awesomely healthy way 🙂


Lesley is a cold-water-immersion advocate and educator! Her passion for cold water dipping has lead her to research deeply into the topic and she enjoys sharing this knowledge and personally coaching small groups in and around Exmoor National Park at her favourite wild swim spots. Lesley is also a Nordic Walking instructor, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and the owner of Woodlands Guesthouse (and Natalie’s mum!!) 🙂


Prepare to have your socks blown off with a nutrient-packed, seasonal menu showcasing local Devon produce. The Sust! menu proudly provides optimal dietary protein and nutrients from ethically sourced animal products, but plant-based eaters will be not be disappointed as our Vegetarian menu is equally satisfying and delicious. Punchy and informative nutritional talks, quizzes and practical demonstrations impart simple, take-home tips and knowledge that you can implement right away at home.


Travel direct in your own car and park onsite, or if you prefer to take the train, Woodlands Guesthouse is a 40 minute taxi ride from Barnstaple Station, or 75 minute taxi ride from Tiverton Parkway. We do our best to connect guests travelling by train to facilitate taxi-sharing.
